隨著第二季開始，正當(dāng)Elsbeth Tascioni開始適應(yīng)她在紐約的新生活和職業(yè)生涯時(shí)，她在芝加哥犯下的錯(cuò)誤再次開始困擾她。分局剛從去年的不愉快中恢復(fù)過來，又被一位愛管閑事的新任副警監(jiān)進(jìn)行了重組，Blanke警官和Wagner警監(jiān)因此也面臨著各自的挑戰(zhàn)。與此同時(shí)，團(tuán)隊(duì)在與那些自以為可以逍遙法外的人交鋒之余，見識(shí)了紐約精英階層更為奇怪的一面。
